Use of the website
The website is intended for adults who browse its content, represent an organisation or company, or want to learn about a possible collaboration. Only provide information that you are lawfully entitled to share, and do not interfere with the site’s security or operation.
The resources and diagnostics are free. There are no user accounts, online purchases or automatic contracts. The Amic4Paws CRM is a separate product and is not governed by these terms.
Digital Diagnosis
The Digital Diagnosis provides an indicative assessment of an organisation’s digital practices based on the answers submitted by the user. The basic result is shown on screen without asking for an email address. If you request the extended report, it will be sent to the email address you provide.
The result depends on the answers. It is not an audit, certification, legal assessment or sector-wide comparison, and it does not guarantee savings, funding or a specific improvement. It is not used to make automated decisions about individuals. Check the conclusions against your organisation’s actual situation before acting on them.
AI Microdiagnostic and Guide
The AI Microdiagnostic is an optional, independent resource. You can complete it whether or not you have taken the Digital Diagnosis. Its rules are deterministic: answers are not sent to a generative AI model. The result and Responsible AI Guide are delivered by email and are not displayed on screen.
The result and guide provide general guidance. They do not certify compliance with AI, data-protection or other laws. Each organisation should assess its own circumstances and check applicable requirements before introducing tools into processes that affect people.
Data and delivery
Do not enter personal data about other people, case files, health information, bank details or confidential information. Check that your email address is correct before requesting delivery. Requesting a report, result or guide does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
You may use the reports and guide within your organisation for information purposes, while respecting their authorship. Do not present them as a certification or professional endorsement that Amic4Paws has not issued.
Availability and questions
The website and its resources are provided as available during the exploratory phase. If you notice an error in a result or have a question, email info@amic4paws.org. These terms do not exclude any rights or liabilities established by law.
